About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Learning Light mobile application and related services operated by Herkommer Immobilien GmbH (collectively, the “Application”). Herkommer Immobilien GmbH is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
This policy is effective as of 24 September 2026.
What information is collected?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of normal network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
Precise location
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Data sharing
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share Application-collected personal data with third parties.
Downloading or updating the Application through Google Play may involve separate processing by Google under Google’s own terms and privacy policies. That platform processing is not controlled by the Application.
We do not retain app user data
The Application does not create user accounts, maintain server-side user profiles, or store personal information generated through normal use. Therefore, there is no Application-collected personal data retention period: the Service Provider has no such user data to keep.
There is no app-held personal dataset to delete
Because the Application does not collect or store personal information through normal use, there is no account, cloud profile, or Application-held personal dataset that requires an in-app deletion request.
Uninstalling Learning Light removes the Application from your device. If you separately contact the Service Provider and voluntarily provide personal information in a message, you may request deletion of that information by emailing support@herkommerimmobilien.ink.
Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the Application through ordinary use. If personal information is voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by other means, applicable consent requirements remain in effect.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of Application-collected personal data is minimized. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it may hold outside normal Application use.
Breach notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting Application-collected personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by other means, notification will be handled as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version and effective date. Where applicable law requires consent before a material change takes effect, the Service Provider will seek that consent.
Previous versions may be requested by contacting the Service Provider at support@herkommerimmobilien.ink.
Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider by other means and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
